When. November 11, 2011 Description. The event was held on 11.11.2011 by a YIC member Susanna Tonoyan’s initiative, whom further joined other members of YIC. As in different parts of the world various events are organized on this date, they also wanted to make it a memorable day for the city of Gyumri, and organized an unprecedented event. It was about preparing flying lights which carried dreams on them and were freed to fly in the sky.
