“Stronger Together: empowering youth organizations for lasting impact” long-term project was launched in December 2025 under Erasmus+ programme KA2 Capacity Building in the field of youth and will run until February 2028.
Aim of the project is to strengthen the capacities of organizations working with young people in Armenia and Moldova to promote inclusion, digital transformation, sustainability and civic engagement.
Project objectives are as follows:
- Strengthen the capacity of youth professionals to support young people’s mental health and well-being by equipping them with practical tools and intervention.
- Equip youth professionals with digital skills and tools to support young people’s employability and career development in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
- Promote environmentally responsible digital practices among youth professionals and young people by raising awareness of the carbon footprint of digital technologies and fostering Green IT
- Strengthen the capacities of organisations on sustainable management to provide adapted and inclusive support to the youth, particularly with less opportunities.
- Strengthen young people’s role in democratic participation and civic engagement by equipping youth professionals with tools to promote active citizenship, leadership, and critical thinking.
- Advocate for recognition and validation of non-formal education skills through certifications (e.g., Youthpass, to bridge the gap between formal education and the labor market).
- Ensure the transfer, adaptation, and sustainability of training materials and methodologies through follow-up local sessions by trained professionals.
- Enable the dissemination of best practices by sharing the productions of the project at the local, national and international level, and during the final event.
Key thematic areas are:
