On September 10, 2017 the farewell event for Elina Benz (Germany) took place, who used to do volunteering in Gyumri within the framework of European Voluntary Service (EVS) programme.

Elina has been volunteering for a year at Gyumri ”Youth Initiative Centre” NGO by organizing different projects like the “Friday Café”, German and  Handicraft clubs, also German teaching at Gyumri No. 25 School after E. Charents and Gyumri No. 3 High School.
During the event, EVS Coordinator Mariam Gharagyozyan awarded the volunteer with a Certificate of Appreciation and YouthPass for his work. In turn, Elina shared her impressions of Armenia and experience gained over the past year.
