YIC NGO in the framework of ”Youth In Action” and ”Erasmus +” implements the ”European Voluntary Service” program. EVS gives European youth a chance to volunteer in Armenia.
EVS aimsto instill in young people humanism, tolerence and to encourage active citizenship for community development.
Sabina Rakoczy (Poland)
When: October 2015 – August 2016
Aim: to promote the development of creativie and artistic skills as well as intercultural awareness and communication among youth.
Volunteer’s Tasks: To run the “Handicraft” Club for the young people aged 13-30 and Shirak region, to assist in and organize on-going projects such as ‘’International club’’ and “Friday’s café” and to support in organizational activities of “Intercultural Club” and “Friday Cafe”.

Volunteer’s Tasks: To plan, prepare and run “Soft Skills” workshops for the young people aged 16-25 from Shirak region on CV designing, Motivation Letter Writing, Electronic Literacy, Job Interviews and Social Networks; also to assist in preparation and organizing of “Entrepreneurship Club” and run a German club.
