On February 1st, Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO and “Spitak Helsinki Group” NGO signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the framework of “UPSHIFT ARMENIA” adolescent development and empowerment project. According to the Memorandum of Understanding, the parties will support each other during the activities of the project in two schools in Spitak.
