“Youth Initiative Centre” (YIC) NGO invites trainers from Armenia to the “Capacity building of youth multipliers” training, which is implemented within the framework of the long-term program of “Youth in Action: Youth Empowerment and Leadership Development in Armenia”.

4-day Training in communication, leadership, organizational, project management, peace building and conflict-transformation skills will be conducted for youth multipliers from different regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Needs assessment through surveys, interviews and communication with target groups.
• Development of training modules to improve participants’ specific needs and work skills.
• Obtaining or preparing materials, manuals, guidelines on training topics.
• Organizing the educational process using different formats including group discussions, lectures and videos.
• Evaluating program effectiveness through surveys, analytics, and feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Qualifications and at least 5 years of work experience in the specified fields,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to work with multimedia learning platforms and methods,
• Ability to research and evaluate learning alternatives
• Ability to design and implement effective training
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar programs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Number of trainers: 2
• Trainer 1: 4 days (27-30 June, 2023.),
• Trainer 2: 7 days (25 June – 4 July, 2023.),
• The cost of one day of service is 58,500 AMD (including taxes and fees defined by the RA legislation),
• Duration of the training: 4 days, 27-30 June, 2023. Needs assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness: 3 days,
• Venue: c. Vagharshapat
• The organization covers the transportation, accommodation and food expenses of the trainers.
