September 11, in the frames of UNICEF “UPSHIFT Armenia” adolescent development and empowerment prօgramme firts graduation event took place in Gyumri Technological Center. Event launched with a photo expo of adolescents, after which 5 teams who won and financed competition of community development youth projects submitted results recorded during the six-month training path. In graduation event was also present governor of Shirak region Tigran Petrosyan, who importance of adolescent participation in community development and wished the program duration and new achievements. The day ended with a concert, that strengthened the impressions of those present. *”UPSHIFT Armenia” Adolescents Development and Empowerment programme is implemented by Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO in cooperation with UNICEF Armenia.
