Dear GSPI student,
University Employer Cooperation Center of Gyumri State Pedagogical Institute in cooperation with Gyumri ”Youth Initiative Center’’ “NGO implements the ” Skilled and Competitive Youth” project. The project aims to contribute the students’ competitiveness in the labor market through the development of personal and professional skills.

WHAT? Under the program, 13 meetings, thematic sessions will be held on the following topics:

• Career opportunities and advancement
  • The labor market and employer needs
  • Education to the labor market
  • CV developement
  • Job Interview
  • Conflict management and negotiating skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Oratory skills, speech ethics
  • Facilitation of implementation skills
  • Project Operation and Management
  • E-literacy
  • Team work
  • Intercultural communication

WHEN? The course will take place from May 1 to June 15.

(2 weekly meeting, the second half of the day)

WHO?. The course is open to undergraduate and graduate 4th 1st year students interested and willing to participate in the program.

How? For participation it is necessary to register in university-employer cooperation center / administrative part, Ye2-5 room /. Registration deadline is April 30th.

The number of spots are limited.

Participants completed the whole course will be given a certificate of participation.

The project is supported by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs.
