RECRUITING LEADERSHIP LAB PARTICIPANTS
We invite young people aged 16 to 30 from all regions of Armenia and displaced from Artsakh to participate in the “Leadership Lab” camp-training, which will take place in from August 20 to 25 in Aghveran.
And what is “Leadership Lab”? The purpose of the camp-course is to promote the involvement of young people aged 16-30 in all regions of Armenia in the economic, social and cultural life of their communities, developing capacities in the field of local self-government, participatory management, equal rights and opportunities.
The camp-training model includes training sessions, hands-on activities, INSPIRO talks with successful leaders and professionals, innovative tools and lots of exercises and games.
Participants will also gain project development and management knowledge and skills, which they will be able to apply within 3 months of the camp, implementing zero-budget initiatives in the community.
Participants who have successfully implemented their initiative in the community will receive a camp certificate and become members of the alumni network.
DETAILS AND TERMS
- Number of participants: 30,
- Age: 16-30 years old,
- Duration of the camp: 6 days.
- Participation is free.
- Accommodation, food and transport for the participants are provided.
- Participants of the “Online School of Leadership” will have priority,
- Selected participants are committed to be involved in all phases of the project, from start to finish.
