Make steps – Get results

Aim: To promote youth employability through transmission of job and communication skills.
Description: “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO hosted 8-day international youth exchange (YE) within the framework of “Youth in Action” programme. With the support of their delegation heads the participants organized meetings on the topics of leadership, democracy, conflict resolution, negotiating, intercultural awareness, CV writing, job interview, motivation letter writing, also with the support of the invited expert the participants got to know the best means and tools of employability.
During the exchange the participants had the opportunity to get to know Armenian culture and visit various Armenian picturesque and historical sites. Thanks to cultural events and non-formal meetings organized by the participants other countries’ cultures were presented as well.
The YE brought together 28 youngsters from Armenia, Georgia, Italy, Germany and Ukraine.
