ERASMUS+ YOUTH EXCHANGE PROJECT ON YOUTH WELLBEING
TITLE: Rebuilding hope and the future
PLACE: Bucharest, Romania
DATES: June 10-18, 2023
PROJECT AIMS to discuss and develop ideas to ensure refugees with access to education, health services, justice and equality, which will bring to their personal wellbeing.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
- To empower youngsters in identifying communication tools and how to use them to create connections to the local community,
- To enable young people to safeguard their wellbeing in order to develop youth-led peace building and youth empowerment activities,
- To create awareness in general population on the importance of accepting, including and supporting refugees and migrants in Europe.
INVOLVED COUNTRIES: Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Albania, Bosnia and Montenegro.
PARTICIPANTS: The Armenian team will consist of 5 young participants and 1 team leader.
- Young participants should be 18-26 years old active young people, volunteers and students who are motivated to share experiences, learn in an international context and contribute to topics in the proposed agenda. Link to the young participant’s application form.
- The team leader should be at least 21 years old youth leader or youth worker, who has previous experience participating in YIC international projects. Link to the team leader’s application form.
LANGUAGE: Participants are required to have at least intermediate level of English. The team leader is required to have an advanced level of English.
FINANCIAL AND OTHER CONDITIONS:
- Food and lodging are fully covered by the project.
- The travel limit for Armenian participants is 275 Euros which will be reimbursed via bank transfer upon submitting the ticket receipts to the organizers.
- Visa fee and visa related costs will be covered by the project together with travel costs.
PARTICIPATION FEE: 35 EUR
There is no participation fee for YIC members and for participants nominated from institutions with agreement to YIC.
