TITLE: Think Wide – Light UP your body and mind!

THE PROJECT AIMS to instill the sense of health as a whole thing with different aspects in it and to empower young people’s engagement in the healthy lifestyle.

THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

• To develop participants’ understanding of the key principles of healthy life; types of health and connection between them
• To develop a common understanding of healthy lifestyle
• To give participants possibility to create their own healthy life model and strive to get close to it
• To promote non-formal education
• Promote intercultural exchange, tolerance and solidarity
• To raise awareness on European Citizenship and its benefits for society

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Participants should be 18-30 years old young people who are involved in volunteer and community work, value health and practice healthy lifestyle via different types of sports and dance.

Working language is ENGLISH.

The Armenian team will consist of 5 participants and 1 team leader.

Food and lodging is fully covered. The travel limit for Armenian participants is 180 Euros which will be reimbursed upon submitting the ticket receipts to the organizers.

PARTICIPATION FEE:

• 20 EUR

There is no participation fee for YIC members and for participants nominated from institutions with agreement to YIC.
