ERASMUS+ PROJECT IN PEACE EDUCATION

PHASE 1: TRAINING COURSE

THE PROJECT AIMS to strengthen the capacities of youth organisations and youth workers working with youth with disadvantages with the focus on youth with a migrant background, to develop awareness and competences of participants in peace education, as well as to exchange best practices in relation to youth work and conflict.

 

INVOLVED COUNTRIES: Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Germany, Poland, Spain and Ukraine.

 

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: At least 18 years old active youth workers, youth leaders and educators, who are interested in the topic of the training and are committed to implement follow-up local activities in their communities. 

 

The Armenian team will consist of 3 participants.

 

LANGUAGE: The working language of the project is English. Participants are required to have above intermediate level of English. 

 

FINANCIAL AND OTHER CONDITIONS:

  • Food and lodging are fully covered by the project. 
  • The travel limit for Armenian participants is 360 Euros which will be reimbursed in cash during the training course under the provision of all travel documents (original tickets, receipt/invoices, boarding passes and return documents and boarding passes).
  • Due to Covid-19 situation, participants must be fully vaccinated. Acceptable vaccines are Pfizer, Janssen, Nuvaxovid, Moderna, AstraZeneca.

 

PARTICIPATION FEE: 50 EUR 

There is no participation fee for YIC members and for participants nominated from institutions with agreement to YIC.
