ERASMUS+ ONLINE LEARNING COURSE AND JOB SHADOWING ON RURAL HERITAGE
TITLE: Youth Workers And Rural Heritage Development
Phase 1: Online course

Phase 2: Job shadowing
Place: Cantabria, Spain
Dates: 25-30 September, 2021
The project aims:
- To raise awareness among young people and local communities about the importance of rural heritage in order to promote economic growth, social inclusion and cultural diversity in rural areas,
- To promote rural heritage and activities that guide to creativity and innovation,
- To increase entrepreneurship and the use of digital skills among young people in rural areas to promote rural heritage,
- To increase skills in youth workers to support the transition to a sustainable and innovative economy in rural areas,
- To bring the reality of rural life closer to the cities and supporting the visibility of rural heritage.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Participants should be at least 18 years old active young people, youth workers and youth leaders with particular interest in the topics of rural heritage, culture and tourism.
Working language is ENGLISH.
The Armenian team will consist of 4 participants.
The selected participants will be required to take part in both phases of the project.
Food and lodging is fully covered. The travel limit for Armenian participants is 530 Euros which will be reimbursed via bank transfer after the project upon submitting the ticket receipts to the organisers. In the light of Covid-19 pandemic, it might be required to have a Vaccination or in specific cases a PCR negative test result prior to your travel to Spain. In case PCR test is requested, it will be reimbursed from your travel budget.
PARTICIPATION FEE:
- 20 EUR
There is no participation fee for YIC members and for participants nominated from institutions with agreement to YIC.
