ERASMUS+ INTERNATIONAL TRAINING COURSE ON GENDER EQUALITY

TITLE: GENDER EQUALITY AT WORK

PLACE: Rustavi, Georgia

DATES: November 27–December 4, 2022

 

PROJECT AIMS to make participants more aware and able to mainstream gender around them and in the workplace. 

 

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

  • Learn how to use a gender reading grid to better identify discriminations, inequalities, gender gaps and stereotypes,
  • Define gender-oriented goals and targets for the workplace and adopt a gender-aware perspective in everyday work,
  • Promote gender-aware behavior among staff, in order to create equal, respectful and peaceful work relationships.

INVOLVED COUNTRIES: Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, North Macedonia, France, Italy, Spain and Greece. 

 

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Participants should be at least 18 years old active young leaders, youth workers, stakeholders, researchers and students who are interested in the topic of the project and are committed to carry out activities multiplying the results of the project in their communities after the end of the project. Armenian team will consist of 3 participants.

 

LANGUAGE: The working language of the project is English. Participants are required to have at least intermediate level of English. 

 

FINANCIAL AND OTHER CONDITIONS:

  • Food and lodging are fully covered by the project. 
  • The travel limit for Armenian participants is 150 Euros which will be reimbursed via bank transfer upon submitting the ticket receipts to the organizers. 
  • Obtaining travel insurance during the project duration is the participant’s responsibility (most insurance companies in Armenia provide).
  • Due to Covid-19 situation, participants with full vaccination will be given a priority. 

 

PARTICIPATION FEE: 20 EUR 

There is no participation fee for YIC members and for participants nominated from institutions with agreement to YIC.
