EmpowerYouth: Online courses titled “Promoting Youth Civic Engagement” and “Climate Change and Youth Engagement.”

✅ We would like to inform you that on October 29 and 31, participants of the study visit to Romania, Lilit Khachatryan (“NGO Center”) and Vanik Arakelyan (“Evergreens” NGO), conducted online courses on “Promoting Youth Civic Engagement” and “Climate Change and Youth Engagement”.
The trainings are conducted within the framework of the “EmpowerYouth: Enabling Youth Organizations to Shape Decision-Making on Issues that Matter Most to Young People” project, implemented by the Romanian Center for European Policies (CRPE/Romania) in cooperation with “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO (YIC/Armenia), the Center for Research and Advocacy in EU Policies (CAREP/Moldova), and Association Atinati (ATINATI/Georgia), with the co-funding of the European Union.
During the training, the participants were introduced to the “EmpowerYouth: A Toolkit for Youth Engagement and Climate Change”, which includes videos, interactive games, reports, statistics, examples of successful civic involvement and other informational materials.
🖇️ During the meetings, community issues were also raised and options for their solutions were discussed.
