Gyumri Youth House*is the first open youth center in Armenia. At Gyumri Youth House, youth civic engagement, community involvement and self-development are fostered through non-formal educational activities, based on the principles of Open Youth Work. Since 2018, professional youth workers have collaborated with over 600 youth annually who voluntarily visit Gyumri Youth House. Together, theyco-design events and activitiesthat foster youthwell-being and help them to develop skills and have experiences towardtheir personal and professional development.

What will your donation do?

Your donation of 50USD will ensure a brighter future for one youth foran entire year by making the services of the centre accessible to them.

Your donation of 1,667USD per month will support Gyumri Youth House operations for one-month.

* Gyumri Youth House was established in 2018 by Gyumri Youth Initiative Centre (YIC) NGO in cooperation with European Union and Gyumri municipality.

Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO focuses on the education and empowerment of youth living in regions in Armenia.Activities are developed to enhance civic activism, intercultural communication, as well as capacity building of professionals working with youth.

Educational and development projects include centre-based and mobile youth work, language clubs, workshops, local and international exchange programs, camps, training courses, study visits, internship opportunities, research studies and advocacy campaigns for adolescents and youth, that are aimed at achieving this goal.

What will your donation do?

Your donation will supportGyumri Youth Initiative Centre to broaden its reach and enroll a larger number of beneficiaries from the regions of Armenia, contributing to the quality of life of young people in Armenia.

Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO values young people’s initiatives, the promotion of innovative ideas, youth leadership and youth participation in community decision making processes. To do so, we provide financial and organizational support for the implementation of local youth initiatives in their communities.

What will your donation do?

By supporting local youth initiatives, you will ensure sustained financial and organizational support for projects designed by youth to address community issues, thereby strengthening the connection between youth and their communities.

Our aim is to develop Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO as an accessible, creative and leading institution in Armenia and the Region. We seek to continuously develop the potential of the organization and to expand the scope and geography of its activities, thereby maintaining creative and knowledge-based culture.

What will your donation do?

Your donation will support our organizational capacity, the development and continuity of programs and organizational activities, and ensure financial independence from grants.

You will be charged a one time payment of AMD 0,1 for the subscription confirmation.
