DADS MATTER

POSTER CONTEST

The Importance of Fathers’ Engagement and Care in the Family

When dads take care of their children and share household chores, what changes? What does fatherhood look like in today’s families?

If you have interesting ideas related to these issues and ability to depict those on the poster – this contest is for you.

Dedicated to the International Men’s Day (November 19) the poster contest is organized by UNFPA Armenia and Gyumri Youth Initiative Centre NGO (YIC) as part of the “EU 4 Gender Equality: Together against Gender Stereotypes and Gender-based Violence” programme. Under the title “The Importance of Fathers’ Engagement and Care in the Family” it aims at promoting gender equality, increasing men’s engagement in childcare and parenting, and shifting stereotypes on women’s and men’s roles.
