Position: Project Assistant

Work Schedule: 60% occupancy  (5 days, 24 hours per week)

Contract Duration: Long-term (18 months)

Direct Manager: Project Manager

Position Description:

The Project Assistant will provide support for the organizational, financial, and operational tasks carried out by the project team, ensuring the effective implementation and visibility of the organization’s programs.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of administrative, content, and financial documents related to the project.
• Support activities resulting from project implementation across RA regions.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports.
• Contribute to the organization and execution of project publicity activities.
• Maintain and update project databases.
• Collect, edit, and translate electronic documents as required.
• Support the electronic and printed documentation of the project.
• Perform additional tasks within the scope of the project and in line with the organization’s charter, as needed.

Required Qualifications and Terms:

• Higher education.
• Minimum of 1 year of work or volunteer experience in the NGO sector.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Armenian and at least an intermediate level of English. 
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in internet use.
• Experience in the organizational and administrative work of local programs will be considered an advantage.
