ERASMUS+ YOUTH EXCHANGE PROJECT ON INTERCULTURAL AND INTERRELIGIOUS DIALOGUE

TITLE:  Harmony in diversity

PLACE: Nyiregyhaza, Hungary

DATES: 10-17 September 2024

 

PROJECT AIM AND OBJECTIVES: Promote intercultural and interreligious dialogue; raise awareness to the issue of social integration and the values of solidarity, tolerance and respect; promote participation in democratic life, active citizenship and international mobility for learning purposes.

 

PARTICIPANT COUNTRIES: Armenia, Belarus, Romania, Turkey and Hungary.

 

PARTICIPANTS: The Armenian team will consist of 4 young participants and 1 team leader.

 

  • Young participants should be 18-30 years old active young people, volunteers, students interested in the topic of the project. Members of YIC NGO will have a priority in the selection process. Young participant’s application form.

 

  • Team Leader should be at least 25 years old experienced youth leader or youth worker with strong organizational skills and interests in the topic of the project. Previous experience of participating in YIC international projects is preferable. Members of YIC NGO will have a priority in the selection process. Team Leader’s application form.

 

LANGUAGE: Young participants are required to have at least intermediate level of English. The team leader is required to have an advanced level of English.

 

FINANCIAL AND OTHER CONDITIONS:

  • Food and lodging are fully covered by the project.
  • The travel limit for Armenian participants is 309 Euros (per person) which will be reimbursed via bank transfer after the end of the project upon submitting the ticket receipts to the organizers.
  • Visa fee and visa related costs will be covered up to 35 EUR and reimbursed after the project with travel costs.

 

PARTICIPATION FEE: 25 EUR

There is no participation fee for YIC members.
