Aim: To promote volunteering as a learning mechanism for increasing youth employability. It introduces types of voluntary activities that lead to youth capacity development and increased competitiveness in the job market.

Description: Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO in cooperation with Fairbund e.V. (Germany) organization is hosting a 7-days international training course on Volunteering and Employability in the framework of “Erasmus+” programme from November 8th to 15th, 2015.  The training hosted 30 participants from Armenia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belarus, Georgia and Ukraine.
