Description. Southern Peak of Aragats, 3879 m. The initiative of hiking belonged to YIC member Geteon Simonyan. With 34 young people we went up the hill which was the first challenging height for all of us. The most stunning was the view from the top of the mountain from where one could see the three other peaks and the graters of the mountain. The day was not selected randomly. It was on the Independence Day of Armenia. On the top we attracted the other hiking groups and danced the traditional kochari.
