On March 31 during the opening ceremony of “Gyumri Youth Capital 2016 of the RA” Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO was awarded with Certificate of Gratitude by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of RA for continuous and effective cooperation.
