ERASMUS+ TRAINING COURSE ON INTERGENERATIONAL EXCHANGE
PLACE: Santander, Spain
DATES: February 17-22, 2020
THE PROJECT IS AIMED at young people/youth workers/youth leaders to identify and explore the stereotypes about elderly people that are common in the society, learn about the positive learning and social outcomes of bringing closer elderly and young people and to motivate participants to commit to intergenerational action in their local community. Participants will work with useful and inspiring non-formal education tools through interactive and dynamic sessions and some of them are going to be together with the elderly.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Participants should be at least 18 years old young people, youth workers, youth leaders, who are interested in intergenerational exchange and have experience in volunteering with youngsters or the elderly.
Working language is English, but the knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage.
The Armenian team will consist of 2 participants.
Food and lodging is fully covered. The travel limit for Armenian participants is 820 Euros which will be reimbursed upon submitting the ticket receipts to the organizers. Visa fee and visa related costs will be covered by the project.

There is no participation fee for YIC members and for participants nominated from institutions with agreement to YIC.
